From my testing the camera is fully functional. Cosmetically the camera is in user condition showing heavier signs of wear and use throughout. No battery or charger included. Records to and plays back from tapes properly, tape transport mechanism works, eject all buttons work, viewfinder microphone zoom etc.

Lens on the camera is clean and defect free. I also always take time to make sure everything is packed with care.
