I work with all my costumers to try and make it right. Keep in mind, that I mainly sell vintage computers and computer accessories. Personally, I do not think that this is an acceptable way to return items. Again, I will work with all my costumers to ensure that they are happy the item purchased.

I could be doing it wrong as know nothing about this camera. I only have one power adapter see in photos. That said even though the box/item may not show damage, internal mechanism have been damaged or jarred from a rough truck and/or plane ride. Grass Valley LDK 4000/60 5860/50 LDK5860/50 Multiformat multi-frame Rate HD, I tried to test the camera with power adapter seen in photos.

I didn't see a response from the camera. I think there are two power inputs, could be wrong.
