Someone with camera knowledge could probably take this apart and reattach the piece that is loose have a nice working but I am not guy. The picture of the display screen shows bottom blue which is outside my window and top black inside camera. The camera comes with an ac power cord no battery or charger. I listed for parts because it powers on and all functions the camera work but seems like a lens or mirror is loose inside so focus at top of not center.
