It appears to be fully functional, tested in the modes of power on/off, lamp, eject, rewind, forward-wind, playback and record. Similarly, any battery which may be installed in the remote is undoubtedly not functional. A user manual is NOT present. Perhaps on the occasion of initial use user manual was lost.

The item does NOT include a 6 volt rechargeable battery The original was present but, with the passage of so much time, it became inoperable. Item appears to have been gently used, maybe just once, as evidenced by the incomplete unpacking and superb cosmetic condition of item. Unlike today, downloads of user manuals were not so readily available. Item includes: GR-AX75u Video Movie Camera-Recorder/Player, JVC battery charger/AC power supply adapter module, camera strap in unopened packaging, video transfer cable a remote control device two brand blank tapes, and, all of this inside hard plastic case.

Item is a Working Vintage GR-AX75 Video movie Camera-Recorder/Player with 20x Digital Zoom in very good condition. The sticker touting it as the Official Camcorder of 1994 World Cup is still in place an unblemished. The battery charger lamp lit when a was inserted into the charging dock.
