Battery charger lights up when plugged in and charging BATTERY SEEMS DEAD AND WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE. When camera is on Hi8 and a counter appear in upper right corner screen remains grey with black lines see photos. I have not been able to get any image coming through camera viewfinder. When battery is attached camera will flick on and off a few seconds later.

Comes with charger/power adapter, remote, manual, one battery likely dead, 2 straps, and two tapes assumed blank but not tested. Have not tested camera functions side panel display turns on. When the AC-V35 power adapter is attached camera powers on and stays. Cassette compartment will open when the eject button is pressed.

Would need to be replaced if camera is found functional. Microphone foam cover crumbled off due to age.
